Hi, I’m Coach Pat — a certified menopause fitness and nutrition coach and the creator of StrongHer Personal Training. After navigating my own midlife changes, I learned how to rebuild my metabolism, regain strength, and transform my body with science-based training and nutrition.
I’ve been featured in Women’s Health, Prevention, and selected for the Strength in Diversity program. As a long-time educator and coach, my mission is to help women 40+ understand their bodies, feel strong again, and thrive through menopause with confidence and clarity.
