Hi, I’m Coach Pat — certified menopause fitness and nutrition specialist and founder of StrongHer Personal Training. Like many women in midlife, I went through a season where my body changed faster than I could explain. I battled bouts of anxiety, felt disconnected from my body, and couldn’t make sense of why what worked in my 30s suddenly stopped working in my 40s.  Through science-based strength training, nutrition, and nervous-system-supportive habits, I rebuilt my strength, reclaimed my confidence, and learned how to work with my changing body instead of fighting against it. Today, I teach women over 40 how to do the same. Featured in Women’s Health, Prevention, and CNBC, my work blends proven midlife wellness strategies with real-life support so you can feel strong, clear, and connected again.
